What’s the secret? Free range eggs (they taste is so much better) and vinegar!
- 2 (free-range) eggs
- about 2 inches of water in the pot
- splash of white vinegar
- Crack eggs into a cup.
- Bring water to the boil then reduce heat to medium. Add vinegar
- Stir the water to make a small whirlpool
- Pour in the eggs and cook to desired runniness.
- Have by themselves or however else you like to have your poached eggs.
