Perfect Poached Eggs

What’s the secret? Free range eggs (they taste is so much better) and vinegar!

Ingredients

  • 2 (free-range) eggs
  • about 2 inches of water in the pot
  • splash of white vinegar

Method

  1. Crack eggs into a cup.
  2. Bring water to the boil then reduce heat to medium. Add vinegar
  3. Stir the water to make a small whirlpool
  4. Pour in the eggs and cook to desired runniness.
  5. Have by themselves or however else you like to have your poached eggs.
