This is perfect for boosting immunity levels when the change of weather comes. The coconut cream helps to calm the zing of the citrus mix down for a lovely wake up call.
- 1/2 red grapefruit
- 1 small orange
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
- handful of crushed cashew nuts
- (optional) seed of your choice (chia, sesame, sunflower etc.)
- Peel and de-seed the half grapefruit and orange. Slice into wedges.
- Place into a bowl and pour coconut cream on top.
- Crush the cashew nuts by hand and sprinkle on top of the coconut cream. Top with optional seeds and enjoy!
