Use this great tasting, simple to prepare sweet treat as topping for yoghurt, pancakes or even to spice up a boring salad. Eating by the handful is also recommended.
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 cups walnuts, chopped
- ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Mix all ingredients together gently so as not to squash the berries.
Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container and consume within a couple of days.
